Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with specific expertise in MS SQL databases, Next.js, React, and API development. As an onsite team member, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable web applications using Next.js and React for the front-end and various back-end technologies, with a strong focus on API development.
• Develop and manage MS SQL and Mongo DB including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in web development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Work effectively in an onsite team environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven experience with front-end development using React and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development and API design and implementation.
• Extensive experience working with MS SQL and Mongo DB databases including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
